Summer Clinics are a separate two-part training series designed to develop groups of complete athletes through Athletic Development and Football Skills giving participants both the physical foundation and sport-specific tools to perform with confidence.

1. Athletic development
Speed & Acceleration | Strength & Conditioning | Body Control
Activities
High-energy drills, partner challenges, performance training, sprint mechanics, agility ladders, plyometrics, resistance sprints with parachutes, strength circuits.
Purpose
Created for all athletes to learn how to move efficiently, train safely, and compete with confidence all while building discipline, work ethic, and a mindset for long-term growth. Whether preparing for a season or simply becoming a stronger, more capable athlete, this clinic develops skills from the ground up.

2. Football skills Development
Footwork, Timing, & Execution | Position-Specific | Game Intelligence
Activities
7v7 drills, tackling dummies & donuts, technique sessions for all positions, footwork exercises, game-situation repetitions,
Purpose
Designed for athletes preparing for their upcoming seasons, these sessions develop confidence, execution, and football IQ in a focused, competitive environment. Every rep is intentional. No matter if you’re youth, a rising high school student or already there, our staff is here to support you.

Clinics are open to all athletes 1st-12th grade.

Yes — drop-ins are highly encouraged to accommodate busy summer schedules. Athletes may also choose between football skill days and athletic development days, attending both is not required.

Athletic clothing, cleats, and a water bottle if preferred. Running water fountains are always available on site.

Yes. Athletes are grouped appropriately for instruction, and in competitive settings they may be mixed by skill level. Most activities are designed to work effectively across age groups.

We train rain or shine!
Activities move indoors only if there is thunder or lightning. When that happens, we follow standard safety protocol by waiting 30 minutes after the last strike before returning outside. Indoor time is used for resistance training — we don’t miss a day.
