x2 winter lifts

With us, Athletes develop strength but more importantly, learn proper lifting technique and movement fundamentals that will serve them for years to come.

weightlifting TRAINING

From foundational movements like squats, presses, and pulls to explosive lifts that build power, every exercise is chosen with purpose. Athletes train not just to get stronger, but to move faster, jump higher, and become more resilient in competition. Resistance training, mobility work, and progressive overload are all integrated so athletes build strength the right way—steadily, safely, and with long-term development in mind.

Schedule

Our winter training runs December, 2025 - May, 2026, providing consistent opportunities for athletes to build strength and develop proper lifting habits.

Why Athletic Development is important

Athletic development and sports is about far more than just improving skills on the field. For young athletes, it’s a foundation for building character and learning life skills that extend well beyond sports. Athletes develop discipline, perseverance, dedication, and a strong work ethic, values that serve them in school, careers, and personal growth.

Developing athletic abilities early prepares athletes not only to compete at higher levels of high school or college but also to navigate challenges with resilience and determination. Sports for many is the lens through which young people learn how to succeed, how to push themselves, and how to grow into well-rounded, capable individuals.

Why We Do Athletic Development

We provide athletic development because we know how critical these skills are while having the expertise to teach it effectively. Too often, young athletes don’t have access to programs that encourage holistic growth across multiple sports, and we make it a priority to fill that gap.

Being a multi-sport athlete isn’t just about trying multiple activities, but about building overall athleticism, balance, coordination, and mental toughness, all of which carry over to every sport and every challenge in life.

Our philosophy is that young athletes should explore their potential fully, and we create an environment where they can do just that—grow holistically, strengthen their bodies and minds, and prepare for opportunities they may not even see coming yet.

Our Summer Clinics focus on speed, agility, and strength, using tools like medicine balls, resistance bands, and parachutes to challenge athletes in fun and competitive ways. Combine-style drills and head-to-head competition push athletes to raise their limits while also teaching the fundamentals of athletic movement and strategy.

Our Winter Lift sessions emphasize strength and resistance training while maintaining a focus on balance, mobility, and functional fitness. Through all of our programs, athletes are encouraged to compete, push themselves, and learn the value of consistent effort and growth.
