Flag Football

About Our Flag Football Program

Our flag football program introduces young players to the fundamentals of football in a fast-paced, non-contact environment. It’s designed for skill development, teamwork, and pure fun — giving every player the chance to run, pass, defend, and grow in a supportive community.

Dolphins Flag Football is where young athletes learn the game, build confidence, and fall in love with football — no pads required!

Fast. Fun. All action.

Divisions & Age Groups

We offer age-appropriate divisions that focus on development, participation, and confidence building. Based on numbers, teams may be combined — with 1st and 2nd graders joining together on one team and 3rd and 4th graders joining together on another.
