Bio

A former long-time Dolphins player from elementary through 8th grade, Alec served as captain in 8th grade for a 13-player squad and helped lead the team in 2018 to one of the most memorable games in Dolphins history, a fierce playoff matchup against the eventual state champions Castleton, narrowly losing by just a touchdown

Alec later became a standout wide receiver and defensive back at South Burlington High School, where he also competed in track and helped lead his Ultimate Frisbee team to a state championship. Honored as an honorable mention for the state defensive backs in 2021, Alec’s dedication and competitive spirit have been a hallmark of his athletic career.

Since graduating in 2023, Alec has brought that same determination and teamwork to coaching, serving as the Dolphins’ Wide Receiver and Defensive Backs Coach for the past two years. Alec is currently an HVAC Apprentice at VHV. Known for his honesty, work ethic, and ability to problem-solve, Alec inspires young athletes to finish what they start, push beyond their limits, and excel both on and off the field.
