Bio

Jerrall Sinclair is a proud former Dolphin who began his football journey with the South Burlington Dolphins before becoming a three-year varsity letterman at defensive tackle for the South Burlington High School Rebels Football team.

Jerall was a key member of the legendary 2003 Dolphins championship team—widely regarded as one of the best in program history, with three full teams of 7th and 8th graders, 3 eventual Division 1 athletes, and continued playing with the Dolphins through 2004.

His standout high school career included selections to the North-South Senior Game and the Vermont Shrine Team, and he continued his success at Castleton State University, becoming the first freshman defensive tackle in school history to earn All-Conference honors.

A dedicated mentor, Sinclair has been coaching with the Dolphins for over 15 years, returning in 2025 as Defensive Coordinator. Drawing on his elite playing experience and deep technical knowledge, he is passionate about developing young athletes, helping them grow in skill, discipline, and confidence on and off the field while carrying forward the values and legacy of the South Burlington Dolphins.
